Here's How it Works.

• It’s your calendar, only smarter.

  OnTime is a companion to your existing Outlook, Google Calendar, iCal or any other electronic calendar management system. It leverages all the important appointment information you currently log on your existing calendar platform so you don’t need to learn a new calendar or import information in order to turn your calendar mobile.

  
  

  OnTime complements your computer-based calendar to increase your mobile productivity. OnTime is different from other reminder services because it takes into account your current location, the location of your next appointment, and traffic patterns in order to provide you with a more accurate alert. It can essentially become your GPS device.

• Extra time because you’re on time.

  Beyond basic location-based route mapping , OnTime also allows you to look up other addresses and directions in case you have extra time and want to stop somewhere else along the way.

• Adjustable turn-by-turn directions.

  OnTime optimizes mobile productivity with turn-by-turn directions to take you to your event or appointment, without you having to look them up, key them into a GPS or print them off. Directions adjust based on your current location. So if you avoid a highway listed on the turn-by-turn directions to avoid traffic, OnTime adjusts and give you new directions.

• OnTime gets you out of a jam.

  Traffic jams are no longer a concern with OnTime. OnTime checks traffic databases to determine when you should leave, and if a traffic jam is reported to the database, it will add the appropriate amount of time to your trip before giving you an alert. If a traffic jam occurs while you are driving, then OnTime's mobile calendar has the ability to let your appointment know that you are running late.

• Running late notifications.

  Running late? No problem. OnTime acts like your virtual mobile assistant, automatically notifying your appointment by text, email or one-click phone call. Of course, you can also customize the ‘running late’ message every time or use a standard message of your choosing.

• Social media connectivity.

  When you get to your destination, OnTime gives you the option to share your location to your social media accounts. This feature is activated only if you choose it during the setup process. It requires you to link OnTime to your social media accounts.

The purpose of OnTime is quite simple: to help busy individuals increase mobile productivity and get from one place to the next – on time, every time.

• Will OnTime let me know about meetings even if the app is not open?

  Yes, by leveraging the company’s mobile productivity software, OnTime mobile calendar runs in the background in order to find your location at any given time. It uses a feature called ‘push’ notifications to push an alert out to you. This application is designed in such a way that it has negligible impact to battery life.

• Will OnTime take into account traffic I may encounter?

  Yes – and that is a distinguishing feature of OnTime. Traffic patterns are now tracked by various location services which send the information to a traffic database. OnTime checks that traffic database to determine when you should leave. If a traffic jam is reported to the database, OnTime will add the appropriate amount of time to your trip before giving you an alert. If a traffic jam occurs while you are driving, then OnTime mobile has the ability to let your calendar appointment know that you are running late.
